The New York Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) released a draft environmental impact statement and issued draft regulations for fracking. DEC will hold four public hearings on these drafts. Each hearing will have an afternoon session from 1pm to 4pm and an evening session from 6pm to 9pm.
